Resolve member issues and concerns, including payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges. Promote Sam's Club products and services and offer guidance on self‑service technology. Ensure safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations to facility management. Maintain entrance and exit areas, arrange and organize merchandise, and zone the area. Assist in training new Member Frontline Services associates on company processes, technology, and tool functionality. Monitor and report shrink, damage, and potential criminal activity, and maintain required documentation. Qualifications Retail experience operating front‑end equipment such as a cash register.
