Roles and Responsibilities Provide consistent support with daily tasks, maintaining structure and progress in clients’ recovery. Build strong, supportive relationships without control, offering emotional and practical support to empower clients. Assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and organization of the living environment. Help clients manage medical appointments and encourage physical and social activity, offering guidance without being overbearing. What We’re Looking For Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Ideally 2–3 years in disability care; compassion and an understanding approach are most important. Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a reference from a personal or professional contact. Age: Minimum 18 years old.
