We are looking for a Baker who is responsible for preparing fresh baked goods, keeping bakery cases stocked and inviting, and creating a great experience for every guest.The role involves:Preparing bakery items according to Perkins standards and specifications with consistency and care.Maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked bakery display cases using effective merchandising techniques.Supporting the team by assisting with washing and restocking dishes, pots, pans, and utensils as needed.Helping maintain a clean, safe, and efficient back-of-house and bakery environment.Performing additional duties as assigned.To thrive in this role, you should:Take initiative and look for ways to improve in your daily work.Put the team first, stay open to feedback, and lead with respect.Communicate thoughtfully and navigate situations with good judgment.What you'll need:No experience is required.
