Home Therapies Registered Nurse (RN)

As a Home Therapies Registered Nurse with Premier Home Dialysis Services, you'll play a pivotal role in improving the lives of our patients throughout the West Tennessee region. You'll provide exceptional care while training and educating patients and their care partners on in-home dialysis modalities. Key responsibilities include:

• Training and education: Provide comprehensive training to patients and care partners on in-home dialysis therapies, focusing on safe practices and promoting their independence.
• Clinical care: Manage the ongoing care of home dialysis patients throughout West Tennessee, including regular assessments, treatment plan development and modifications, and coordination with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Quality assurance: Adhere to established clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines, ensuring high-quality care and patient safety.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient records, documenting all treatment, education, and communication.
• Travel: Be prepared to travel to patients' homes throughout your assigned region in West Tennessee.

Ideal candidates possess:

• A current, unrestricted RN license in Tennessee.
• Prior dialysis experience is highly preferred, but we are committed to your development - even if you have no experience in the field!
• A passion for patient-centered care.
• Technical aptitude: Comfortable learning and utilizing essential home dialysis equipment and technology.
• Strong communication skills: Effectively communicating with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
• Problem-solving skills to address clinical challenges.
