Senior Project Manager Water

Senior Project Manager – Water and Wastewater Infrastructure We’re a global engineering, management, and development services firm that serves projects worldwide. We seek a dynamic, highly‑motivated Senior Project Manager with at least 8 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure projects to join our Denver, Colorado office. Responsibilities Serve as project manager on large and complex projects with multi‑discipline teams. Serve as Line Manager, recruiting, developing, supervising, and retaining junior staff. Serve as project principal, supervising less‑experienced project managers on smaller, less‑complex projects. Supervise and direct preparation of planning studies, evaluations, and feasibility studies for water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects. Supervise and direct preparation of plans and specifications for new facilities and rehabilitation of existing facilities. Supervise and direct construction engineering support services. Lead the technical development of proposals. Serve as account leader responsible for creating and growing relationships with one or more clients. Experience & Qualifications Strong business acumen. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Environmental or similar). Licensed as a Professional Engineer – Colorado preferred. 8+ years of total experience in planning, design, and construction management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects for major utility clients. Strong technical skills and leadership experience, preferably including water or wastewater treatment plants. 5+ years of experience managing multi‑discipline project teams. 5+ years of experience managing proposals for engineering projects. Experience in an entrepreneurial environment managing and growing client relationships. Benefits & Compensation Individual pay is determined based on location, education, experience, and unique skills. The expected salary for this position is $140,000 – $171,000. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401(k), medical, dental and vision insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, paid holidays, PTO, parental leave, and company‑paid life insurance. Location & Working Arrangement Denver, CO, US. Hybrid model: Majority of the time spent in office with a minimum of three days a week; flexibility to meet client, team, and personal commitments.
