Clinical Psychologist (Mental Health Consultant)

Job Duties
Help
Perform biopsychosocial evaluations and mental health diagnoses.
Provide evidence-based treatment, including behavioral, cognitive and motivational approaches.
Conduct group psychotherapy.
Coordinate care with the Department of Mental Health.
Provide preventive care and healthy lifestyle interventions.
Mitigate high-risk factors to support suicide prevention and trauma-informed care.
Conduct warm handoffs when immediate transitions of care to behavioral health are necessary, and review appointment lists to increase clinical productivity.
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of patient care in the electronic health record in accordance with federal, DoD, DHA, and hospital regulations.
Monitor objective behavioral outcome measures and review statistical data to modify program goals.
