We are currently in search of a Project Manager to join our team.Essential responsibilities include:Complete oversight and ownership of commercial construction projects from bid phase to close-out.Deliver projects on time and within budget while achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality.Coordinate and manage bid and proposal process.Analyze project requirements and supervise all activities related to contract administration, change orders, cost estimating, submittals, procurement and project schedule.Review and administer contracts.Main point of contract with owner/tenant/subcontractors/architect and engineers.Train and mentor Assistant Project Managers.Qualifications, skills and abilities include:BS in Building Construction, Architecture or Engineering (Preferred).4 years' experience in real estate, construction, architecture or engineering.Ability to read construction drawingsAbility to build and maintain good relationships with clients, building owners, building managers, consultants, architects, employeesKnowledge of principles of architecture, engineering, and constructionExperience managing a team.Knowledge of Viewpoint Construction Software is preferred.Good time management and prioritization skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft ProjectAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects at the same time.What you can expect from us:Teamwork and communication are part of our corporate philosophy.
