- Knowledge of PL/SQL and SQL
- Experience with Hibernate and Spring
- Experience with JSF
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services using XML and JSON
- Preferred: experience with PrimeFaces
- Preferred: multithreading experience
- Design, develop, and test enhancements across front-end, back-end, and database layers
- Diagnose and resolve application defects
- Follow agency standards, guidelines, and development best practices
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with the team and provide technical support and guidance
