Regional MDS Coordinator | Quality & Compliance Lead

Outcome HC is seeking a Regional MDS Coordinator to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. You will oversee the MDS process across multiple facilities, coordinate with clinical teams, and help maintain compliance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate has a strong clinical background in long-term care and excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
