Role Summary

\n

We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded Social Commerce / TikTok Shop Lead to build, operate, and scale high-growth social commerce channels. This role will own TikTok Shop strategy and day-to-day performance while helping expand creator-led commerce across complementary platforms.

\n

\n

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of social commerce expertise, analytical rigor, and hands-on operational leadership. You will guide channel strategy, manage commercial performance, lead external partners, and create repeatable programs that turn creator and affiliate activity into sustainable revenue growth within the consumer beauty and personal care industry.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Own the strategy, daily operations, and growth plan for TikTok Shop and other relevant social commerce storefronts.
\n
• Drive GMV, revenue growth, contribution margin, and profitability through ongoing performance analysis and timely investment decisions.
\n
• Maintain clear channel P&L visibility and use performance data to guide promotional activity, agency investment, assortment, and scaling decisions.
\n
• Lead relationships with social commerce agencies, platform partners, creators, and affiliate partners.
\n
• Develop scalable creator and affiliate programs, including tiering, activation, performance management, and pipeline development.
\n
• Manage SKU assortment, product bundling, pricing, promotions, inventory coordination, and platform-specific merchandising strategies.
\n
• Oversee live-shopping initiatives, whether managed internally or through agency and platform partnerships.
\n
• Create go-to-market playbooks for launches, campaign testing, creator briefs, content optimization, and channel expansion.
\n
• Establish testing frameworks and performance reporting that identify what to iterate, optimize, and scale.
\n
• Partner cross-functionally with e-commerce, lifecycle marketing, influencer marketing, sales, creative, and retail teams to align channel priorities.
\n
• Build internal knowledge and readiness around social commerce capabilities, operational requirements, and growth opportunities.
\n
• Ensure social commerce content and learnings are effectively leveraged across owned social, direct-to-consumer, and retail marketing efforts.

• Social commerce GMV, revenue, and growth against launch and operating targets.
\n
• Contribution margin after platform, agency, creator, affiliate, and promotional investments.
\n
• Agency and partner efficiency, including GMV and profitability generated relative to spend.
\n
• Creator and affiliate pipeline health, productivity, retention, and tier progression.
\n
• Conversion rate, average order value, repeat purchase performance, and promotional effectiveness.
\n
• Cross-channel amplification of high-performing creator and commerce content.
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Proven experience managing TikTok Shop, social commerce, affiliate commerce, marketplaces, or creator-led sales channels.
\n
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience owning revenue, GMV, P&L, contribution margin, or performance budgets.
\n
• Experience leading agencies, creators, affiliates, and cross-functional stakeholders.
\n
• Deep knowledge of social commerce merchandising, promotional strategy, live shopping, creator programming, and platform optimization.
\n
• Highly analytical with the ability to turn real-time performance data into clear commercial actions.
\n
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence and educate teams across the organization.
\n
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with high ownership, accountability, and changing priorities.
