Responsibilities As a Sales & Resident Experience Consultant you are innovative and lead your team to drive the success of the property. You are enthusiastic and creative and you know what drives the market as well as your sales team. LOVE people, all kinds of people, and provide professional and friendly service in the leasing office and in other areas where prospective residents and residents gather. Seal the deal with a target closing ratio of at least 20%. Ensure tour routes and models are presented at their best and maintained as showcases. Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction. Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written channels. Provide excellent customer service to prospective and existing residents and to team members. Maintain strong administrative skills with attention to detail. Qualifications At least two years of transferable experience in customer service. Ability to adapt to new technologies. Proficient in writing, speaking, and understanding the English language. Be fun! Have energy! Be the energizer bunny.
