Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside/Outside Sales Representative to join our team.
This hybrid role combines office-based sales support with field sales responsibilities, including client
visits, business development, and industry event participation.

Key Responsibilities
Inside/Sales Duties:
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, orders, and customer requests
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer and sales data
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers

Outside/Sales Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and distributors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct client visits and product presentations
- Attend and represent the company at trade shows
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

Preferred:
- Industry experience in glass, hardware, or construction
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Trade show experience
