Company Benefits 3 Medical Plans to choose from Dental & Vision 401k/Roth – 4% match Position Summary The Sign Shop Production Specialists’ responsibilities consist of preparing files, outputting multiple printers and plotters, laminating prints, and organizing daily jobs with the production supervisor to meet customers' deadlines. Key Roles and Responsibilities Manage the operation of multiple large-format printers, plotters and laminator using Adobe Illustrator and Rip Software Complete sign layouts for customer approval Assist with sheeting, weeding, and mounting of signs Follow all safety rules and regulations Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures All other duties as assigned Qualifications Knowledgeable with Adobe Illustrator and Rip Software Experience with large format printing, cutting vinyl with plotters and laminating Ability to lift 35 pounds or more Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with team members inside and out of the organization Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail. Self‑motivated; capable of taking initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines. A passion for working in a high growth business at the pace and expectations of the culture A passion for success, a positive and friendly attitude and a consistent work ethic are all a must A strong knowledge of the traffic control/construction industry is plus. Working Environment / Physical Requirements Work is performed mostly indoors but may call for some outdoor work Minimum lifting requirement is 35lbs. Work includes prolonged and repeated lifting (including overhead) up to 75lbs., standing, walking, climbing, twisting, kneeling, reaching and feeling, climb and balance, crouching and crawling.
