• Experience as a Surgical Technician (certified or non-certified) or in a Nursing - Operating Room Technician (ORT) role

• Ability to anticipate the needs of surgical teams and patients during procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a sterile operative field
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiology staff
• Adaptability to fast-paced, high-pressure surgical environments

Schedule/Hours:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies before procedures
• Assist surgeons and nursing staff during operations, ensuring all requirements are met for each case
• Maintain and monitor sterile field throughout surgical procedures
• Handle specimens for laboratory analysis as required
• Ensure proper care, cleaning, and maintenance of surgical instruments post-procedure
• Support intraoperative patient care and safety
