Salary: $15 hourly, plus tips Hotel Barrière Fouquet’s is looking for a dedicated and experienced AM Server Assistant/ Back Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team. Responsibilities: Assisting front servers, host/hostess and management in clearing, cleaning and resetting tables according to seating plan Assisting front servers with drink orders Run and expedite food to correct seat numbers Strong communication with the kitchen Bussing empty tables and resetting Run clean glassware from the polishing station to the bar Must have be able to quickly learn and adapt to our POS System Monitor the drinks pass and barista stations to efficiently deliver cocktails, wines by the glass, and coffee as they are made Maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness Work as a team with other server assistants, FOH staff, and leadership to ensure an efficient, smooth service Assist with polishing any service items and keeping related stations stocked throughout service Additionally, may be responsible for performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. Job Requirements: 1-2+ years of serving experience preferred Previous fine dining experience preferred The ability to work a flexible schedule Ability to communicate and listen to team members and guests Must be able to stand, walk and move during entire shift.
