What You'll DoAs a TSA at HOTWORX Grand Forks, your primary role will be to create a welcoming and supportive experience for our members while helping the studio thrive. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting members with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Promoting HOTWORX services and memberships to potential clients.
- Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.
- Supporting members in understanding and utilizing our fitness equipment.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure members feel valued and motivated.
At HOTWORX Grand Forks, we believe in hiring individuals who are motivated, personable, and ready to grow with us. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A friendly and approachable attitude with excellent communication skills.
- A passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their goals.
