FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Pay: $20-$38/Hour Based on Experience
Level 1: $20-$26/Hour
Level 2: $26-$32/Hour
Level 3: $32-$38/Hour
Travel: Extensive | Assignments Up to 3 Weeks
Experience: Electrical, HVAC & Carpentry

POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel to customer sites and perform equipment installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and warranty service.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone with electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and carpentry skills who enjoys working independently and traveling.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and service equipment at customer locations.
• Read engineering drawings, electrical prints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Wire electrical power and control systems.
• Install and service HVAC equipment and related systems.
• Perform framing, carpentry, finish work, flooring, and minor concrete repairs.
• Install grounding, cable ladder, battery, door, lock, and related systems.
• Safely operate power tools and construction equipment.
• Travel to customer sites for assignments lasting up to 3 weeks at a time .

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• High school diploma or GED.
• Hands-on electrical experience required.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Framing and finish carpentry experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to travel extensively and remain away from home for extended periods.
• Blueprint, schematic, wiring diagram, and NEC knowledge preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding field work.

COMPENSATION
• Level 1: $20-$26/hour.
• Level 2: $26-$32/hour.
• Level 3: $32-$38/hour.
• Level and compensation determined by experience.
