Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments (medical history, labs, psychosocial needs) Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Administer medications, chemotherapy-related treatments, and blood products Perform venipuncture and manage central lines and implanted ports Monitor patient response to treatment and coordinate dose adjustments Provide patient and family education and emotional support Ensure accurate documentation and proper treatment authorization Follow OSHA and infection control standards for hazardous materials Assist with patient flow, triage calls, scheduling, and referrals Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical teams Qualifications 1–3 years RN experience (oncology preferred) Strong clinical and communication skills Outpatient oncology setting Exposure to radiation and cytotoxic agents Standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs required Compensation and Benefits Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 Bonus: $15,000 package Benefits: Full benefits, PTO, retirement #J-18808-Ljbffr NurseAmerica, Inc.
