The Mental Health Therapist will provide outpatient therapy services to individuals, families, and/or groups. Ideal candidates are passionate about helping others, committed to ethical practice, and comfortable working with diverse populations. We are accepting new graduates who are looking to start off their career and therapists who are experienced and looking for a new home.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence‐based therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
• Participate in case consultations and ongoing professional development .

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• tLMHC, LMSW, LISW, LMHC, LMFT
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to trauma‐informed, culturally responsive care.
