What You’ll Do Review and validate invoices against purchase orders and receiving documentation. Code and process invoices to the appropriate G/L accounts, departments, and projects. Create and post vouchers within the ERP system. Research invoice discrepancies and coordinate resolution with purchasing, receiving, and internal stakeholders. Generate vendor payments, including ACH, wire transfers, and check payments. What You’ll Bring High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of experience processing ACH, wire, and check payments. 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. What Sets You Apart Associate Degree. Bachelor’s Degree in Business. Strong attention to detail and organization skills. 2+ years of experience in accounts payable. 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing or related industry.
