Raleigh-Durham Triangle, NC Setting:

Hybrid (In-Home and Community-Based Services) Population Served:

Ages 2-10 or 10-18 for BCBAs experienced with older children

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later): Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise ABA services and monitor client progress Train, mentor, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians Review clinical data and make treatment recommendations Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure meaningful progress

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter): Caseload size:

Typically 7–12 clients depending on client needs and treatment intensity Billable hour expectations:

Standard expectation of 25 billable hours per week, with flexibility for newer clinicians when appropriate

Compensation & Perks (real ones): Base salary:

$95,000–$110,000 Bonus structure:
