You will oversee 3rd Shift Forklift Drivers, aiding in truck loading while verifying the accuracy of loads for accountability. Your role will include interviewing and hiring new employees, providing essential training, and coaching to develop their skills.In collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, you’ll coordinate work hours, manage scheduling, and track timekeeping.
