Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 30-bed Medical ICU serving a high-acuity patient population
• Manage and monitor patients presenting with conditions including sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergency, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, status epilepticus, and encephalopathy
• Operate and manage mechanical ventilators for patients requiring respiratory support
• Administer and monitor drips in a fast-paced critical care environment
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for critically ill patients

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 3 years of ICU experience
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Proficiency with mechanical ventilators and drip management

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for patients with substance use disorders and alcohol-related conditions
• Background in managing patients with Type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease in a critical care setting
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
