Van Driver – Flexible Hours | $16/hr Pay: $16.00/hour Hours: 15-30 per week (varies) Schedule: Must be flexible – days, nights, weekends, overtime What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be driving a 15-passenger van transporting our employees to and from work. Sounds simple—but this job is more than just driving. What the Job Is REALLY Like You’ll be driving 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts Overtime runs happen regularly (including nights and weekends) Schedules can change last minute You’ll be working with a wide range of personalities and life situations Some days are smooth—some are not This job requires patience, reliability, and thick skin Responsibilities Drive employees safely to and from job sites Be on time and our employees depend on you to get to work Handle schedule changes and extra runs when needed Keep accurate logs (phone app + paper logs) Communicate with team and passengers Stay calm and professional, even in difficult situations Requirements Valid Driver’s License (no CDL required) Clean driving record for the past 5 years Comfortable driving a 15-passenger van Able to work flexible hours (including nights & weekends) Basic tech skills (using apps, tracking time/logs) Strong attention to detail Reliable—this is not a "call off a lot" type of job You Might Be a Good Fit If You: Don’t get easily frustrated Can handle tough conversations or attitudes without taking it personally Like being on the move instead of sitting at a desk Want a job where you’re actually helping people get back on their feet Not a Good Fit If: You need a fixed schedule You don’t like last-minute changes You’re not comfortable working with high-barrier populations You struggle with accountability or being on time #J-18808-Ljbffr
