There are many reasons to build your career at Carter's.HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:This role reports into Merchant and is based in our Buckhead office.40%: Style Set Up / System ManagementOwner of style set-up in PLM: Understand complexities of database and impacts to other systems. Strong attention to detail, ability to keep up with line changes in the system.Analyze and report on the business performance including key findings and opportunities.35%: Sample ManagementResponsible to organize and manage all samples.Prepare & manage materials to support wholesale sell in meetings.15%: Strategy and Line StructurePartner with manager to develop and manage seasonal line structure to drive growth.Identify new trends and have an eye for product.Develop awareness of competitive landscape and report on business learnings.Manage to all corporate calendar deadlines, support manager with prep for all milestone meetings10%: Costing, Pricing, Margin ManagementSupport manager in style level costing and total margin roll ups.Support design with clear communication of costing constraints.Maintain brand pricing charts and ensure accuracy across all systems and roll ups.WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:Must have:Bachelor's degree required0-2 years merchandising, retail sales, buying experience or internshipPreferred skills and experience:Demonstrated knowledge of retail metrics and salesStrong working knowledge of Excel reports and PowerPoint presentationsDetail oriented and organizedDemonstrated ability working cross-functionally and leading a teamAbility to hit concurrent deadlines, manage and prioritize own workloadDemonstrates strong presentation and influencing skillsMAKE A CAREER AT CARTER'S:Career Development: Success starts from within, and we have several paths from which you can choose to enhance your career evolution.
