Service Customer Care Specialist - Automotive Service

Robert Basil Buick GMC Cadillac is growing-and we're looking for a driven, people-focused Service Customer Care Specialist to join our service team. What You'll Do:
As a Service Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our service customers - playing a key role in creating a smooth, professional, and positive experience from start to finish.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails
Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
Reconnect with past and inactive customers
Support the service team through strong, consistent customer communication
Accurately log all customer interactions in our system

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills across phone, text, and email
Previous customer service experience
A positive, professional, and upbeat attitude
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Reliable, team-oriented mindset
Call center experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to work full time with occasional Saturday availability
