Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that align with the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and counselors to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Facilitate regular peer reviews and case consultations, aiming for continual professional enhancement and collective best practices.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and available community resources to support recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of your role, you will be primarily serving individuals in a detox and recovery setting. Our patient population comprises individuals facing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges. Your expertise will be integral in establishing a safe and supportive environment where clients can engage in their recovery journeys with dignity and respect.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active LICSW license in Washington State, allowing for independent practice.

• Proven clinical experience with a minimum of two years in psychotherapy, specifically in addiction or mental health settings.

• Proficient in solution-focused therapeutic techniques, with an emphasis on adaptable and client-centered approaches.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a detox center or similar settings, applying trauma-informed care methodologies.

• Familiarity with group therapy dynamics and the ability to lead therapeutic groups effectively.

• Previous involvement in the development and implementation of psychoeducational programs is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
