Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations creating a safe working environment. Follow instructions provided by a Foreman with daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site. Safely work around heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, etc. Safely operate manlifts to perform tasks at various heights. Safely perform rigging and signaling when picking items. Inspect, maintain, and operate hand tools, power tools, and other various equipment. Operate various construction instruments to achieve proper layout, elevation, and alignment. Work as a team member placing grout, equipment setting, balancing rotary items, installing conveyor equipment, alignment, performing calibrations, etc. Read, interpret, and follow plans, specifications, and other contract documents. Problem solve and provide solutions to common jobsite issues. Communicate well with others on the jobsite both verbally and using hand signals. Demonstrate a continuous effort to improve operations, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide a quality customer service.
