Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Med Surg for a travel assignment in Oakland, MD. This is an acute care setting where you'll be an essential part of a dynamic team. The role requires strong Med Surg experience to handle a variety of patients, with a good working knowledge of EPIC charting systems.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg

• Provide comprehensive care to patients with a variety of diagnoses including CP, CHF, pneumonia, and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including RT for equipment management.
• Detail-oriented documentation using EPIC after interpretation of strips faxed from ICU monitors.
• Support other units as required through floating assignments.

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg

• Valid RN license with Med Surg experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications
• Strong background in Med Surg nursing
