The ideal candidate combines strong creative vision with the ability to guide designers, collaborate with marketing partners, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead visual direction for integrated marketing and advertising campaignsDevelop creative concepts based on campaign objectives and brand strategyEstablish and maintain visual standards and brand consistencyProvide creative direction to designers, photographers, videographers, and other creative partnersReview creative concepts and final deliverablesPartner with marketing, content, digital, and leadership teamsTranslate strategic marketing objectives into compelling creativeManage multiple creative projects and deadlinesPresent concepts and creative recommendations to stakeholdersProvide constructive feedback and mentor creative team membersPartner with agencies, freelancers, and vendors when needed
