Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and organized Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of promotional events, community outreach activities, and customer engagement programs. Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown activities.
• Support on-site event operations and logistics.
• Help organize event materials, displays, and promotional resources.
• Support guest registration and attendee check-in processes.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional event spaces.
• Assist with attendee engagement and customer interaction.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth event execution.
• Gather feedback from attendees and support event reporting.
• Represent the company professionally during all event activities.
