HVAC Service Technician - Up to $45/hour base + $15,000 Sign On BonusHVAC Technician - Are you an HVAC Service expert who is passionate about problem solving and customer service? Our HVAC service experts do not work on-call shifts and earn $48+/hour with bonuses and incentives!What do our HVAC Technicians do?Our technicians go into clients' homes to help solve their HVAC problems. They troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.What do we offer?Competitive Compensation:With our resources and training, our technicians are able to make over $48 per hourWe offer a very competitive base salary and bonus program that rewards you for your hard work and customer service2 weeks Paid Time Off for all new lead service technician hires in the first yearConsistency:We offer consistent and reliable full-time year round work.No On-Call Shifts!Professional and Personal Growth:Robust Paid Training & Professional Development Path - 150 hours of training per year!Opportunity to grow - We love to promote from within!
