Responsibilities Assist the dietary team in preparing and serving nutritious meals to our residents, adhering to our center's high standards of quality and presentation Maintain accurate records of food production, inventory, and quality control Clean and maintain the dietary department, including equipment and storage areas Assist with food preparation, including meal planning, food preparation, and serving Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations Maintain confidentiality and adhere to our center's policies and procedures Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in food service or a related field preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Must be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to our center's policies and procedures #J-18808-Ljbffr
