Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) to support work-life balance Student loan repayment assistance with no annual cap Paid parental leave (up to 9 weeks) Competitive bonus structure with potential earnings up to $12,000 annually, paid quarterly Annual professional development stipend ($1,300) Ongoing continuing education and access to free CEUs, including regular clinical trainings and speaker events Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision) starting on day one 401(k) with company matching Company‑issued technology (laptop/tablet/phone) and mileage reimbursement for travel Employee perks program, including discounts on travel and entertainment Job Details Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs Design, implement, and oversee evidence‑based ABA programs for children with autism Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff, including ongoing training and performance feedback Analyze data regularly to evaluate client progress and make data‑driven treatment adjustments Collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings Provide parent training and support to enhance treatment outcomes Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development activities Qualifications: Active BCBA certification in good standing Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Minimum of 1 year of experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism Experience administering assessments such as VB‑MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS‑R, Brigance, and conducting FBAs Strong understanding of ABA methodologies, including Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and Verbal Behavior (VB) Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
