Our flexible delivery models—traditional teams, pools, or pods—are tailored to each client’s needs, offering engineering-led advisory, implementation, and operational capabilities to accelerate innovation.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics8+ years of experience in software engineering, application architecture, or solution architecture5+ years of experience leading engineering teams, projects, or workstreams for enterprise technology implementationsExperience designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using Amazon Web Services, including Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lambda, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon API Gateway, or container-based servicesExperience architecting generative artificial intelligence solutions using large language models, prompt orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, and enterprise integration patternsAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Preferred:Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or MathematicsExperience delivering technology transformation programs in a consulting or professional services environmentExperience implementing Anthropic Claude through Amazon Bedrock or application programming interface integration in enterprise environmentsExperience with model evaluation, observability, guardrails, and security controls for production artificial intelligence deploymentsAWS certification such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified AI Practitioner, or AWS Certified Machine Learning EngineerExperience presenting architecture recommendations, delivery status, and technical tradeoffs to executive stakeholdersThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $141,200 to $278,300.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
