Job Description

Job Summary

Wise Staffing Group is seeking dependable and experienced Production Associates in the Memphis area. This position involves a variety of manufacturing and production duties, including assembly, shipping, quality inspection, bandsaw cutting, and drilling.

Responsibilities

Assemble and inspect products according to production specifications.
Perform shipping and receiving-related duties as needed.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
Safely operate a bandsaw to cut materials to specified measurements.
Operate drills and other basic production equipment.
Follow work instructions and established safety procedures.
Perform other production duties as assigned.

Skills

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
Experience with assembly.
Experience with shipping or warehouse operations.
Experience performing quality inspections.
Ability to safely use a bandsaw.
Experience with drilling and basic power tools.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and production specifications.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
