About the Role:
Join Elite Sitters Homecare LLC as a Nursing Assistant in Meridian, MS, where you will provide compassionate care to our clients in the comfort of their homes. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others while working in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Document care provided in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Nursing Assistant preferred.
- Previous experience in home care or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move clients safely.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Background check and drug screening required.
