Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain a thorough understanding of each client's mental health status, history, and needs. \n
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique goals and challenges of clients, drawing upon evidence-based practices. \n
- Offer individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. \n
- Monitor client progress closely, making appropriate adjustments to treatment protocols to ensure optimal outcomes. \n
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date electronic records of treatment sessions, progress notes, and any relevant correspondence, adhering to ethical and compliance standards. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of mental health professionals, contributing to case discussions and ensuring cohesive treatment strategies. \n
- Maintain strict adherence to ethical guidelines and legal requirements in the practice of mental health therapy. \n
The therapist will work primarily with a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing an array of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and adjustment disorders. Your role will be pivotal in providing clients with tools and strategies that enable them to lead more fulfilling lives and overcome the barriers impeding their mental health.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required; advanced degrees (Master's level) are preferred. \n
- Possession of an active state license as a mental health therapist; acceptable credentials include:
\n - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n - Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n - Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) \n - Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy services, showcasing a solid foundation in therapeutic modalities. \n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at forming trusting relationships with clients. \n
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while also being a team player willing to engage with colleagues for improved patient outcomes. \n
