Certified Nurse MidwifeRWJBarnabas Health is seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our well-established OB/GYN practice in New Jersey. Our team of physicians and midwives works collaboratively to provide high-quality, respectful, and culturally appropriate care.As a valued member of our inter-professional team, the CNM will provide full-scope midwifery care in collaboration with our physicians, including:Antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum careWell-woman gynecologic careFamily planning and contraceptive counselingPatient education and advocacyLabor and delivery support at Monmouth Medical Center (Long Branch, NJ)Office-based care at our locations in Colts Neck, Little Silver, and LakewoodQualifications:Current New Jersey CNM license (or eligibility for licensure)Minimum of 3 years of full-scope midwifery practice in a collaborative MD/MW environment preferredStrong clinical skills with an evidence-based approach to careExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for patient-centered, holistic care and shared decision-makingBenefits:Competitive salaryHealth benefits, 401k, Dues and Licenses, CMEsSupportive work environment with a team that values collaboration and professional growth and opportunity to work in both hospital and outpatient settingsJob Type:Full-Time or Part-Time positions available
