TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Spartanburg, South Carolina, 29303!

Job Title: Resource Pool RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred; will consider candidates with 1 year of experience on a case-by-case basis License: Pending license accepted, must obtain prior to start Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required Must-Have: Must be able to pass arrhythmia and medication test on the first day. Recent experience with telemetry or medical-surgical nursing preferred. On-call required: 2 calls or 2 additional shifts every 6 weeks. Description: This position is for an RN in the Resource Pool specializing in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry. The nurse will float to various units as needed. Ratios are maintained at 1:6. First-time travelers are accepted. Weekend and holiday coverage are required as needed. Candidates must be able to manage and interpret dysrhythmias. Responsibilities include monitoring patients on telemetry and providing comprehensive nursing care. Proficiency in medication administration and adherence to safety protocols is essential. Use of non-invasive airway management and familiarity with cardiac drips is required. The role includes patient education and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Attendance policy is strict; more than two missed shifts without reasonable explanation may result in review of the contract. Candidates must submit all required documentation before the start date. This position requires the ability to adapt to different units and patient care environments.
