Delivery Manager

Delivery Manager - Retail Rollout (Contract) Talent Insights are working with a leading telco on a national retail rollout program, focused on deploying in-store kiosk environments across a partner network. This sits at the centre of delivery, coordinating across property, IT, vendors, commercial and legal. It’s a high-visibility piece of work with a lot of moving parts. You’ll be responsible for driving the rollout end-to-end, working across multiple workstreams and engaging stakeholders from working group through to exec level. The environment is complex but well supported. The key is someone who can stay organised, bring structure, and push things forward. What you’ll be doing: Lead delivery of a multi-site retail rollout, coordinating across internal teams and external vendors Manage multiple work streams including property, IT, managed services, legal and commercial Work closely with senior stakeholders, from working groups through to executive level Drive planning, timelines, dependencies and risks across the program Coordinate vendor delivery (e.g. builders, network providers such as Cisco) Support financial tracking including costs, forecasting and reporting where required What we’re looking for: Proven experience as a Delivery or Project Manager in complex environments Experience delivering retail or multi-site rollout programs (highly regarded) Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across all levels Ability to operate across both business and technology teams Organised, proactive and able to drive outcomes across multiple moving parts Experience working with external vendors and third parties Details: Sydney (hybrid, ~3 days onsite) 6-month contract, daily rate contract (likely to extend) #J-18808-Ljbffr
