Shift Manager

It is a separate company and a separate employer from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is responsible for hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling employees. Shift Manager Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers plan each shift, monitor performance, act to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth transition. They also help their assigned departments meet goals. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporation-owned and operated restaurants.
