Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing manufacturing and operational projects within TS World Manufacturer Gloves LLC. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining compliance with industry standards and company quality requirements.

The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams including production, procurement, quality assurance, engineering, supply chain, and sales to support product launches, capacity expansions, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines aligned with business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Cost reduction and efficiency programs
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, CE, or applicable certifications)
• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide status updates to senior management.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track KPIs including cost, quality, delivery timelines, and production targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• 3+ years of project management experience in manufacturing environments..
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, ERP systems, or similar)
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
