Electrical Engineering Professor for AI Training

Apply advanced electrical engineering expertise to create and evaluate graduate-level assessment content that helps improve AI systems'' technical reasoning. This remote independent contractor role centers on rigorous question design, technical validation, and clear written feedback across specialized electrical engineering topics. Key Responsibilities

• Design and author rigorous, authentic graduate-level single-option multiple-choice questions within an electrical engineering specialization.
• Create detailed explanations and precise grading rubrics aligned with academic assessment standards.
• Review AI-generated electrical engineering content for technical accuracy and pedagogical quality.
• Assess AI model outputs and provide nuanced feedback on where model reasoning aligns with or differs from human reasoning.
• Collaborate asynchronously with other subject matter experts to improve question clarity, relevance, and academic rigor.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly in written exam solutions and instructional content.
• Contribute to an evolving question bank focused on advanced engineering reasoning.

• PhD or advanced Master''s degree in Electrical Engineering, with university-level teaching experience as a professor, adjunct, lecturer, or teaching assistant.
• Experience authoring or reviewing graduate-level electrical engineering assessments, exams, or coursework.
• Deep expertise in one or more of Analog Circuits, Digital Circuits, RF, or Power Electronics, with emphasis on Integrated Circuits (IC).
• Experience with rubric design, assessment development, or educational content creation.
• Exceptional technical writing and verbal communication skills, with strong clarity and academic rigor.
• Ability to work independently, meet project milestones, and deliver high-quality work remotely.
• Comfort collaborating asynchronously on remote research or content-development work.
• No prior AI experience is required.

• Remote independent contractor engagement.
• Compensation is based on completed tasks that meet project specifications; completion time may vary by experience and workflow.
• Minimum submission requirements apply, including a required minimum number of task submissions each week.
• Selected candidates should be ready to begin their first tasks within 24 to 48 hours after completing the required onboarding steps.

$40 to $130 per hour.
