• Trach and Vent experience needed
• Start Date: August 2026 - PRN 1:1 nurse support for when nurse is absent.

About the Role

Hello, RNs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a PRN 1:1 Registered Nurse (RN) to support a student in Sparta, MI. In this role, you'll provide support to a student in a 1:1 setting, and help promote a safe, healthy learning environment. What You'll Do

• Triage and manage student injuries, illnesses, and chronic conditions
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and care plans
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance
• Communicate with families regarding student health needs and updates
• Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and special education teams
• Participate in IEP and 504 meetings as appropriate
• Respond to emergencies and follow school safety protocols
• Monitor immunization compliance and support health screenings
• Promote health education and wellness initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Active Michigan State RN license
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and background check
• Experience in pediatrics, school nursing, or public health preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
