Once onboarded, you'll have access to the teachers' platform and receive offers. With the assistance of your Talent Success Coach, you can accept the classes that match your schedule and preferences. You have complete control over your agenda, and we don't require a minimum number of hours weekly or monthly.

• Students: Family of 4 (Mother with 3 children ages 9, 12 & 14 years old)
• Availability: For the mother - Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri from 8am to 12pm; for 9-years-old - Mon, Wed, Fri from 12pm to 8pm; for 12-years-old - Tues, Wed and Fri 4pm-8pm / Sat 8am-12pm & for 14-years-old - Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri from 8am to 12pm
• Preferred start date: ASAP
• Lesson Frequency: 2x per week each student
• Lesson Duration: 30min, 45min & 1hour each
• Delivery method: Face-to-face lessons
• Lesson location: Mountain View, CA 94040 (Near Grant Rd. and Covington Rd.)
• Current target language level: Novice & Intermediate
• Native and other spoken languages: German 
• Student’s language needs and goals: 
• For the mother : To be confident in speaking, reading, writing and listening English & interested in hiking, cooking, reading novels, sustainability, animals, school.
• For 9-years-old: To build up a good base for speaking and reading in the new language & interested in sports (basketball), computer games, playing with friends
• For 12-years-old: Building up language skills to manage school and doing conversations, passing tests and so on & he is interested in sports. He likes computer games. He doesn’t like sitting still and learning grammar. Having fun and some activities while learning the language he likes very much.
• For 14-years-old:  To catch up with school English and to feel comfortable using the language. Improving speaking, writing, reading and listening skills & she is interested in gymnastics, reading fantasy and meeting friends. / Would like to get some help with some school subjects. / Classes should be fun and motivating.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, tailored lessons that inspire and motivate students.
• Design and implement customized curricula in alignment with learners' proficiency levels and objectives.
• Track and assess student progress, guiding them to help them achieve their learning goals.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with students, ensuring a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Native or near-native proficiency in the target language, both written and spoken.
• A degree or certification in language teaching, education, instructional design, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or a related field.
• At least two years of teaching experience, preferably in a language context.
