$33,280 - $40,560 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Guide potential sellers through the selling process with empathy and expertise, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
• Serve as the intitial point of contact for sellers, providing timely and clear communication to build trust and rapport. The relationship they build with our company, begins with here.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to transform leads into acquisition opportunities, maximizing our reach and impact.
• Conduct thorough assessments of potential deals, gathering and analyzing essential information to inform decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all seller interactions, ensuring seamless follow-up and continuity.
• Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Work closely with the acquisition team to ensure smooth transitions from initial contact to closing, enhancing client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate sales or a related field, demonstrating a deep understanding of the selling process.
