Investor Relations Associate

A Financial Services Firm based in New York City is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as an Investor Relations Associate. Responsibilities: Support investor relations activities across a range of communications and processes Maintain and regularly update internal CRM systems to ensure data accuracy Assist in the preparation and ongoing maintenance of external-facing marketing and presentation materials Collaborate with investment and other internal teams to support IR initiatives and workflows Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings across stakeholders Handle confidential and highly sensitive information with discretion at all times Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in investor relations, client services, or a similar role Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint Comfortable creating and refining presentation materials for external audiences Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and act independently Flexible and willing to take on a broad range of responsibilities in a dynamic environment High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
