Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Experience with SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to leverage and integrate AI capabilities into core operational workflows to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives tailored for executive leadership and business-facing stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment and influencing outcomes through data-driven insights and rigorous analysis.
- Established track record of fostering high-impact collaboration across various, matrixed stakeholder groups.
About the job:
As a part of the FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis), you will create financial insights that make Google better by unpacking complex business problems to reveal opportunities, manage risk, and steward scarce resources. Your impact is fueled by a bias to action, a grounding in hard data, courage in advocacy, and willingness to put the team before the individual. Your mission is to apply Android products in coordination with the cross-finance and cross-functional teams.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $116000 - $167000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
