We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for our residents and staff. Your work will play an important role in creating a comfortable and healthy atmosphere every day.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, and other facility spaces.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces throughout the facility.

Ensure all areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.

Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.

Follow all safety procedures and infection control guidelines.

Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management.

Work efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Qualifications:

Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Dependable with a strong work ethic.

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
